How to Rearrange PDF Pages

How do I organize the pages of a PDF?
Upload your PDF to ToolifyPDF and every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag pages to move them, rotate or delete pages with the buttons on each thumbnail, and insert blank pages or other PDF files where you need them. Then click "Organize PDF" and download the result.
How do I change the order of pages in a PDF?
Drag a page thumbnail and drop it at its new position. The other pages move automatically. On a phone or tablet, press and hold a page until it is picked up, then move it. You can also use "Sort by" in the toolbar to put the pages in page-number order (1 → 9) or in reverse order (9 → 1).
How do I reverse the page order of a PDF?
Upload the PDF and choose "Page number (9 → 1)" in the "Sort by" list. The pages are sorted from the last to the first, which reverses the document. Then click "Organize PDF" to save it.
How do I insert a blank page into a PDF?
Click the insert button between two pages and choose "Insert Blank Page". The blank page is added at that position, with the same size as the page just before it.
Can I add pages from another PDF?
Yes. Click the insert button where you want the new pages and choose "Add File Here", or use "Add more files" to add PDF files at the end. Their pages appear as thumbnails that you can move like any other page, and everything is saved as one PDF.
How do I delete pages from a PDF?
Click the delete button on each page you want to remove. To remove every page that came from one of the uploaded files, use "Delete Files" in the toolbar. The pages you delete are left out of the PDF you download.
Can I rotate pages while organizing a PDF?
Yes. Rotate a single page with the button on its thumbnail, or rotate all pages to the left or right at once from the toolbar. The rotation is saved in the new PDF.
What if I make a mistake?
Use "Undo" and "Redo" to step back and forward through your changes. "Reset" brings back the original PDF in its original order and removes any files you added.
Can I organize a password-protected PDF?
Yes. You'll be asked for the password when you upload the file. Note that the organized PDF is saved without the password, so use Protect PDF afterwards if the file needs to stay protected.
Is it free, and are there any limits?
Yes, it's completely free, with no account and no watermark. Each PDF can be up to 200 MB.
