How do I add a DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL watermark to a PDF?
Choose Text, type DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL, and pick a color such as red or gray. Set the rotation to 45° for a diagonal stamp and the opacity to around 20–30% so the content stays readable. Select "All Pages" to stamp every page.
Can I add my logo as an image watermark?
Yes. Choose Image and upload a PNG or JPG file up to 20MB. A PNG with a transparent background gives the cleanest result, because the transparency is kept in the PDF. You can resize, rotate, and fade the logo like a text watermark.
Can I add a watermark to only some pages?
Yes. You can apply each watermark to all pages, the first page only, the last page only, all pages except the last, even pages, odd pages, or a custom range of pages.
Can I add more than one watermark?
Yes. You can stack several text and image watermarks on the same PDF, for example your logo in a corner and CONFIDENTIAL across the middle. Select a watermark and press Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to duplicate it.
How do I repeat a watermark across the whole page?
Turn on "Tile Pattern" in the watermark settings. The watermark is repeated in a grid that covers the entire page, which makes it much harder to crop out.
Can I add a watermark to a password-protected PDF?
Yes. When you upload a protected PDF, you'll be asked for its password. Once it's unlocked, you can add your watermark as usual.
Can I add a watermark to a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint file?
